l In order to meet the certification and upgrading requirements of the American Standard non-destructive system of domestic manufacturing enterprises, our professional ASNT level III personnel can help to establish and improve the non-destructive testing NDT system, and can help customers to establish NDT that meets the requirements of ASNT SNT-TC-1A or CP-189 Management Systems, Training and Certification ASNT Levels II and III. It involves RT/ UT/ MT/ PT/ VT/ ET/ PAUT/ TOFD/ CR/ DR/ ACFM technical methods.
l ASNT American Society for Nondestructive Testing is the world's largest professional technical society for nondestructive testing. The ASNT training certification system is based on the American non-destructive testing personnel certification standards SNT-TC-1A and ASNI-CP-189. The ASNT certificate has a high degree of recognition in the corresponding system standards (such as ASME, ASTM, API, AWS) and globally.
l In order to meet the EU welding system certification and upgrading requirements of domestic manufacturing enterprises, C-WT training institutions jointly carry out EN ISO 9712 non-destructive testing personnel qualification training and assessment work in China.
1. Training content Training subject:
ENISO 9712, ASNT Level II and Level III, involving RT/ UT/ MT/ PT/ VT/ ET/ PAUT/ TOFD/ CR/ DR/ ACFM/LT/MFL and other technical methods.
2. Training and assessment plan and place date and Place of course:
Notice:
Ø The Above Plan Is Only The Estimated Time, The Specific Time Of Each Class Is Not Fixed, And The Class Can Be Started At Any Time When 10 People Are Full;
Ø Examination Will Be Held On The Second Day After The Training; Chinese Teaching, Chinese And English Test;
Ø The Level 3 Exam Includes Basic Courses. The Basic Course Training And Exam Are Only Required When Taking The Level 3 Exam For The First Time. After Passing The Exam, The Score Can Be Retained For A Maximum Of 5 Years Until The First Level 3 Certificate Is Obtained. Holders Of A Level 3 Certificate Do Not Need To Take The Basic Exam Again.
3. Requirements for candidate
· Candidates Applying For ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level 3 Must Meet The Following Conditions:
O Undergraduates Who Graduate From A 4-Year Science And Engineering Major Need To Have More Than 1 Year (Including 1 Year) Of Practical Experience (One Year Or More For The Level 2 Certificate Of The Same Method).
O College Students Who Have Graduated From A 2-Year Science And Engineering Major Need To Have More Than 2 Years (Including 2 Years) Of Practical Experience (Those Who Have Obtained A Level 2 Certificate In The Same Method For 2 Years Or More).
O High School Graduates Are Required To Have 4 Years Of Practical Experience (4 Years Or More Of A Level 2 Certificate In The Same Method).
· Candidates Applying For ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level 2 Must Meet The
O Uncorrected Or Corrected Visual Acuity Of At Least J2, No Achromatopsia. (The Company Can Provide Identification Services Free Of Charge)
O College Degree Or Above In Science And Engineering Who Have Been Engaged In The Work Of The Applied Method For More Than 1 Year Can Directly Apply For Level 2, And Other Degrees Can Only Apply For Level 1.
O If You Already Hold A Valid NDT Qualification Certificate Issued By Other Institutions In The Same Method, You Can Directly Apply For Level 2.
4.Transportation-
The students can by car or taxi go to training site
5.Catering-
The students can enjoy the coffee and tea with water from the training center.
6．Accommodation
The accommodation is located 15 min. from the training center. The students may choose from hotels, whereby the training center recommend to book accommodation in advance.
7．NDT equipment and PPE
All the NDT equipment and PPE such as protective glasses, gloves, safety hat will be provided by training Center.
8．Teaching materials
The students will get free materials course notes (textbooks) from the training center. All the materials is free to student.
